    I'm transitioning back to natural for the 3rd time lol. I'm only 13 weeks. I created my hair butter as well. For a protein I just use a mashed ripe avocado, mayo and oil of my choice. I get my hair butters from Rainforest Chica. Excellent products. Also when I do my 2nd shampoo I put about a dime size Jojoba oil. Keep in mind my hair is chin/shoulder length. I hope to achieve the length you have.... I use the line Phyto. I shampoo and deep condition weekly and roller set. Either I put Jojoba or Pracaxi oil every other day on the ends. Thus far little breakage...I have my cousin who is a licensed trim every 3 months but I'm going to switch to 2 months. Keep up the good work... New subbie...

    Do you use anything daily for dryness like a grease or oil?

    • @Reallifewithamanda
      @Reallifewithamanda Год назад

      Once you’re experiencing dryness in your hair you need something water based to hydrate the hair. I don’t do this daily only 2-3 times/ week depending on how my hair feels, but I moisturize my hair with a water based moisturizer and lock that moisture in with a light oil like grapeseed oil or my ors Heat defense mist. Do you know what the source of dryness is? Maybe not deep conditioning enough with moisture, too much protein, not moisturizing and sealing enough?
